Team Refund Policy
In the event that your team needs to rescind it's bid to Trouble in
Vegas, please follow these steps:
Please note the following deadlines for a team bid retraction:
- Before December 27, 2007 :: Full bid refund
- Between December 28, 2007-January 15, 2008 :: Up to 1/2 Bid Refund
- Between January 15-January 27, 2008 :: Up to 1/4 Bid Refund
- After January 27, 2008 :: Team forfeits full deposit
Individual Player Refund Policy
If an individual needs to retract his player entry fee, please follow
these steps:
- Contact your team organizer to let them know you are retracting
your payment. A team must maintain a minimum of 12 individual
bids in order to retain their spot at Trouble in Vegas. If
your team only has 12 players listed, an individual may not retract
his fee without finding a substitute player
- Once you have confirmed with your team organizer / captain that
your team has in excess of 12 players, email us at to
let us know you're retracting your individual payment. Please include
your Name, Mailing Address, and a Phone Number
- We will issue a refund within three weeks of receiving your bid
retraction
Please note the following deadlines for a individual bid retraction:
- Before January 9,2008 :: Full bid refund
- After January 10, 2008 :: Individual forfeits full deposit
