Refund Policy
In the event that your team needs to rescind it's bid to Huck Finn , please follow these steps:
- Have the official team captain/organizer email us at as
soon as you know your team will not be able make the tournament.
- Include in your email a mailing address for us to send your tournament entry refund.
- We will issue a refund within three weeks of receiving your bid retraction
Please note the following deadlines for a team bid retraction:
- Before March 25, 2009 :: Full bid refund
- Between March 25, 2009-March 31, 2009 :: Up to 1/2 Bid Refund
- After April 1, 2009 :: Team forfeits full deposit
