UPA NW Club Regionals 2009
How to submit bid
If your team would attend NW Regionals if it qualified, your team must submit a bid to the tournament. Your bid will provide us with accurate contact information so we can coordinate payment of the tournament fee and other logistic details leading up to the tournament.Ê To submit a team bid, a team captain/organizer will need to fill out the form on the following page. Teams are encouraged to submit bids as soon as possible, but no later than September 25th, 2009.Ê Please check over the following items before submitting a bid:
- Teams must be registered with the UPA by August 28th, 5pm MST in order to participate in Regionals. Your team must also qualify at your Sectionals event. Please see the UPA site for more info
- Once the team form on the next page has been filled out, we will review your bid and send you a confirmation email if we have a spot for your team in your division of choice. The final determination of all spots at Regionals will be made after the last Sectionals tournament finishes September 20th.
- After you have received your confirmation email, please pay online or send us a bid check to complete the registration process.
- Bid cost is $325 per team
- All bid payments must be received by September 25th, 2009.
- A $25.00 charge will be assessed to any team that has not paid by September 25th. Sorry, no exceptions.
