The below are general scheduling guidelines for the purpose of making travel plans. Times may change prior to the tournament. We'll keep this site updated and team contacts apprised by email.

Saturday, October 3

No Captain's Meeting
Round 1: 8:30-10:30
Round 2: 10:45-12:45
Round 3: 1:00-3:00
Round 4: 3:15-5:15

Sunday, October 4

Round 1: 8:30-10:30
Round 2: 10:45-12:45
Round 3: 1:00-3:00
Round 4: 3:15-5:15

PLEASE NOTE:
WOMEN'S DIVISION :: Currently 8 Teams have indicated interest in attending, requiring three rounds to complete the tournament on Sunday. If a 9th team is added, four rounds will be needed to complete the tournament on Sunday. In this case, round times will be adjusted so that play concludes at 4:30pm on Sunday. If one team drops, the 7 team format requires 5 rounds on Saturday and Sunday. In this case, play will begin at 8am and conclude at 6pm on both days.
