How to submit a bid
To submit a team bid, a team captain/organizer will need to fill out the form on the following page. Please check over the following items before submitting a bid:
- Divisions will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
- Once the team form on the next page has been filled out, we will review your bid and send you a confirmation email if we have a spot for your team in your division of choice.
- After you have received your confirmation email, please send us a bid check or pay online to complete the registration process.
- Bid cost is $275 per team.
- All bid payments must be received by October 25th.
- A $25.00 charge will be assessed to any team that has not paid by October 25th. Sorry, no exceptions.
