Q: When are bids due?
A: Bids will be filled on a rolling admission basis based on geographic diversity and strength of program. Bid payments are due by March 1st, 2009. After that date, there will be a late fee of $25.00 assessed for each team that has not submitted their bid payment.


Q: What's the refund schedule

Q: Will there be food at the site?
A: We will have the standard fare of bagels, fruit and water. We will also have a concession booth on site with Hot Dogs, Boca Burgers, Gatorade, and Red Bull.

Q: Will there be tournament merchandise for sale?
A: Yes, there will be discs and 5Ultimate apparel for sale.

Q: Will there be a party?
A: There will either be a party or an exhibition game and dinner served on site. We will know more definitively on these options as we get closer to March.

Q: Is camping allowed at the fields?
A: Sorry, there is NO CAMPING at the Ripon Soccer Complex. However, we do have hotel deals set up for the weekend. Check the hotels section for more information.

Q: Will there be a tournament hotel?
Yes - we're in the process of locking in a great deal in the Ripon area. Go to the hotels section for more information on how to book.

Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: Dogs are also not permitted, please leave Rover at home.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: The fields at the Mistlin Sports Complex are based on a sand foundation, which means that it would take a monsoon to shut it down. We will take caution to avoid our participants playing in hazardous weather (lightning), but otherwise, this tournament will happen as scheduled.
