Q: When are bids due?
A: Bids will be filled on a rolling admission basis (i.e. first come, first served). Bid payments are due by October 27th, 2007. After that date, there will be a late fee of $25.00 assessed for each team that has not submitted their bid payment. Please check the bid section for more information.


Q: Will there be food at the site?
A: Not only will we have the standard fare of bagels, fruit and water, but also a special selection of cold weather delicacies. Coffee, hot chocolate, soup, possibly more. We are working with local food vendors to provide other amenities, and we'll know more about this as the tournament approaches.

Q: Will there be concessions?
A: We are negotiating this and will update this site when we know more.

Q: Will there be tournament merchandise for sale?
A: Yes, there will be discs and possibly apparel for sale.

Q: Will there be a party?
A: We are currently planning to host either a pizza and beer extravaganza at the fields post last-round on Saturday, or a traditional party on Saturday night. In either case, we promise a good time with libations for all and music to spare (with requisite hot girls/guys). Yes, we just promised hot girls.

Q: Is camping allowed at the fields?
A: Burlington Parks and Rec has advised us that there will be NO CAMPING at the skagit river fields. However, we're working on setting up a deal with local hotels to provide affordable rooms. Check the hotels section for more information.

Q: Will there be a tournament hotel?
Yes, absolutely. We're working on locking down a decent rate and will post more information soon. Please check the hotels section for more information.

Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: Dogs are also not permitted, please leave Rover at home.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Burlington Parks and Rec has assured us that unless a deluge of apocalyptic proportions occurs, the Skagit River complex will be opened for business. Even in case of said deluge, the use of the site is said to negotiable.
