How to submit bid
To submit a team bid, a team captain/organizer will need to fill out the form on the following page. Please check over the following items before submitting a bid:
- Divisions will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
- Once the team form on the next page has been filled out, we will review your bid and send you a confirmation email if we have a spot for your team in your division of choice.
- After you have received your confirmation email, please send us a bid check to complete the registration process.
- Bid cost is $295 per college team, or $500 for an X/Y split, $325 for Club Mixed. $250 for HS teams
- All bid payments must be received by November 6th.
- A $25.00 charge will be assessed to any team that has not paid by November 6th. Sorry, no exceptions.
